What we do

We remove unwanted items from homes and businesses in the Santa Clarita Valley: we lift, load, haul away and sweep up. Usable items are donated where we can and recyclables are recycled.

Quotes and prices

• The instant quote on our website is an estimate range based on what you tell us — the items, the stairs, how far the truck can park. It is not a contract price.
• The firm price is confirmed in person, before we lift a thing. You are never charged more than the price you agreed to on site.
• If what we find matches what you told us, we will not charge more than the top of your range. If the pile turns out to be bigger, heavier or harder to reach than described, we will give you a new price first — and you can say no at no cost.
• Prices include labor, hauling, disposal fees and sweep-up unless we tell you otherwise on site.

Things we cannot take

By law we cannot haul hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, fuel, motor oil, asbestos, medical waste, pressurized cylinders, ammunition and the like. The quote builder will tell you where these can go. If we find such items on the day, we will leave them and price the rest.

Scheduling

• You choose a day and a three-hour arrival window; we call or text when we are 15–30 minutes out.
• Plans change — just text or call (661) 593-5937 as early as you can and we will move the appointment. There is no charge for cancelling before the crew is on the way.
• Weather, traffic or a job that runs long can shift an arrival time; we will keep you informed.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own the items or have the right to have them removed, and that the property owner allows it.
• Please point out anything that should stay, and remove personal valuables from items before we arrive.
• Give us safe access: gate codes, a clear path, pets secured.

Care and liability

Our crew is trained to move things carefully and we are licensed and insured. If we damage something, tell us on the spot or within 48 hours and we will put it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for items you asked us to remove, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done, by the methods we list at the time. Estimates never require a deposit.

Photos

Photos you attach to a quote are used to price and prepare the job and are viewed by our team only. See the privacy policy for how we store them.

You may use blueprintjunk.com to learn about us and to request quotes. Please do not use it to send false requests or to interfere with the service. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will be error-free at all times.
